Mark Lukoff, J.D.

Mark received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1972. From 1972 to 1975, he was an Assistant District Attorney in LaCrosse, Wisconsin and Waukesha, Wisconsin. In 1975, Mark became the Assistant State Public Defender in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and was supervising attorney for 18 years in Criminal Appeals Division. In 1996, Mark assumed the role of Assistant Public Defender in the Racine Criminal Trial Division.


Currently, Mark serves as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) representing interests of children in divorce cases and of elderly adults in guardianships.  


Mark has a private practice and is of counsel to Knuteson, Hinkson, and Quinn, S.C.
